An operating rhythm is not a calendar full of meetings. It is a predictable way for the company to notice change, make decisions, and keep commitments visible.
The most useful early rhythm connects four views: what customers are teaching us, what the product is changing, what the commercial system is proving, and where the founders need to decide.
Keep the artefacts small. A living evidence log, a short decision register, and one shared view of priorities are usually more valuable than a complex planning stack.
The test is simple: when a difficult week arrives, does the rhythm help the team focus and learn, or does it become another layer of work?
